| | Beaver Trail Softball Complex, 115 Beaver Trail, Glasgow, KY 42141 (off Happy Valley Road / Highway 90) covers 42 acres and was acquired through grants, budget amendments and loans through the Kentucky League of Cities and the City of Glasgow in 1997. The covered picnic shelter may be reserved (at no charge) for meetings, potlucks, showers, or numerous other occasions. Reservations must be made and a Waiver of Liability (click for copy) signed one week in advance of use. Other uncovered picnic tables are first come, first serve. Everyone using the park must adhere to the attached Department Regulations. The ball park is open for public use unless reserved for ball games or practice. | | | | | | | Current facilities located at this park include: - 4 Softball / Baseball Fields - complete with covered dugouts, field lighting, concession, electronic scoreboard, bleachers and speaker system
- Covered Picnic Shelter - Electric outlet; wooden picnic tables and handicapped accessible
- 1/2 Mile Walking / Jogging Trail - that is marked for distance and lighted with several benches along the route; designed landscaping that includes over 80 decorative trees, 10 flower gardens; Blue bird and Martin bird houses; bushes and shrubs
- Playground - for children ages 5 - 12, complete with slides, climbers, gliders, monkey bars, riders and fun tunnel
- Restroom Facility doubles as Severe Weather Shelter
- 4 Picnic Tables - uncovered; no outlets or grills
- Parking Lots - capable of handling 150 cars each
