The Lera B. Mitchell Clubhouse was purchased by the City of Glasgow in 1979 for the Glasgow Recreation Department from the Garden Club and DAR. The club now hosts the Senior Citizens Activities, also known as the Three Score Club. The club’s normal hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday-Friday for Senior Citizens.

The Clubhouse is available on weekends only 8:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m. for meetings, potluck meals, showers, reunions, and other events. The fee is $100 for up to four (4) hours plus a $50 cash deposit. Anything over four (4) hours is $150 plus a $50 cash deposit. Reservations must be made and a Waiver of Liability (click for copy) signed one week in advance of use. Everyone using the center must adhere to the Department Regulations.

The club facilities consist of an auditorium, bathrooms, meeting rooms, billiard room, ceramic room, card room, quilting room, stage, piano, kitchen with stove, oven and refrigerator. Facilities are handicap accessible as is parking
