C.I.T.Y. is the customer service center for the city government of Glasgow. By dialing 270-651-3921 you can ask a question, register a complaint, and offer a suggestion. A trained service representative will answer your call Monday through Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. After hours, you can leave a message on our voice mail.WHAT CAN I REPORT TO C.I.T.Y.?
Any question or concern regarding the City of Glasgow and its services such as trash collection, street maintenance, traffic signals, signs, street lights, permits, defective sidewalks, debris and weeds, maintenance in city parks, etc. can be reported to C.I.T.Y.WHAT INFORMATION SHOULD I HAVE READY BEFORE CALLING?
Be ready to give the exact address or location of the problem you are reporting and a complete description of what is wrong. Remember...the service representative you call has not seen the problem you are reporting and will ask you some questions to fully understand the situation.WHY NOT CALL A CITY DEPARTMENT DIRECTLY?
By dialing 270-651-3921, you don't have to guess which city department can handle your problem or answer your question. If you have a request to register, it will be entered into our specially designed computer system and forwarded to the responsible department where a work order is produced and an investigation is made. A copy will also be forwarded to the Mayor's office, when the problem occurs and when the problem has been solved.
