You are hereby notified that the City
of Glasgow will receive sealed bids until 10:00 a.m.,
Tuesday, June 3, 2008 for janitorial services for the
(1) Public Safety Building (Police Dept.), 201 S.
Broadway and (2) Glasgow City Hall, 126 E. Public
Square. A separate bid is required for each facility.
Bids are for July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009. Bids
should be mailed or delivered to the City Clerk, Glasgow
City Hall, 126 E. Public Square, Glasgow.
A copy
of the bid specifications may be obtained at the City
Clerk's office from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday
through Friday.
Successful bidder must furnish
liability insurance.
The City of Glasgow reserves
the right to reject any and all bids, to accept the
lowest or best bid and to waive any formalities.
