KRS 61.835 KRS 83A.060(8)

The minutes of action taken at every open public meeting, whether regular, special, or emergency, must set forth an accurate record of the votes and actions taken at the meeting. The minutes must be promptly recorded and made available for public inspection no later than immediately following the next meeting of the public agency. KRS 61.835. In addition, KRS 83A.060(8) requires that both the presiding officer and the individual responsible for maintaining city records (the city clerk) sign the minutes once approved by Council.
